Nagaragawa Tenkawa Nama 300ml
A subtle nose of rice bran, ripe banana and mild caramel make a great introduction to this unpasteurised sake. Creamy palate of banana, lemon and mild spice is apparently sweeter than the pasteurised version, although the stats are the same. Something of note is this sake is also 'muroka' meaning it has undergone no charcoal filtration. For a fun night in try the Nama side by side with regular Tenkawa sake.
Nama means unpasteurised and is designed to be drunk young and fresh. This sake must be stored refrigerated.
