Oita Oni Koroshi Ginjo 720ml

Oita san has outdone himself with this cracking Ginjo. Polished to superpremium Daiginjo level with a subtle aroma of fresh curds and white flowers. Full flavoured palate with honeysuckle, pear, freshly cut grass, hints of aniseed and pepper with a little upfront cotton candy that finishes clean, almost "kire". An extremely well balanced session (albeit masculine) sake best consumed with friends (due to the 17.2% alcohol) with or without food.
