This yuzushu is made fresh whole yuzu fruit from Kochi prefecture, Hanamikura shochu and a little sugar for balance. Just in case there wasn't enough yuzu, freshly squeezed yuzu juice is added before bottling.

A big explosion of fresh yuzu flavour with mild acidity and a hint of sweetness. Low in alcohol at 8% and so easy to drink.

A really refreshing yuzushu. Drink early evening, or to cleanse the palate before dessert or after a meal.

We could drink this yuzushu all day.
