Nagaragawa Junmai Daiginjo 720ml
Premium sake made from the subsoil waters of Gifu prefectures most famous river - Nagaragawa. Pear and nasturtium flower are the lead characters in this sake with a supporting cast of rockmelon, sour pineapple, manuka honey and mild spice. The palate has a sweet/sour character that sits about medium dry.
