Alpha 6 is a Homage to No. 6 yeast with a 66% milling rate & white koji. The only sake from Kaze no Mori that strays from the use of No.7 yeast.
A super refreshing style of sake to kick off a dinner party with a clear and bright palate of champagne melon, nashi, burst of starfruit and white fleshed plum. A leaner and more easy drinking style of sake than the usual offer from Kaze No Mori.
