Kaze No Mori Alpha DRY 720ml

This limited edition sake is refreshing, clean and dry. Skillful brewing has given this sake a lighter touch on the palate with notes of starfruit, lime, minerals and a punctuated finish. 

Like all of its Alpha stablemates, Alpha DRY is made from an ancient Bodaimoto starter for extra intrigue. Upon opening there is the tiniest amount of co2 so you can experience a slight tickle of effervescence.

An easy drinking session sake that lends itself to lighter foods but can also stand on its own.

A superb sake, very limited production. 

This sake has not been pasteurised and should be stored refrigerated to prevent spoilage.
