Kirinzan Yawaraka 720ml

A dry sake for fans of super light, clean sake. The palate is like a magicians sleight of hand with nuances of steamed rice, fresh grapefruit with a pinch of salt layered over the fresh mineral spring water of the Tokonami River that disappears into a very short and clean finish. Best to serve room temp or warm (45c).

This is a classic example of Tanrei Karakuchi (light dry sake with a short finish). Our tasting notes are for room temp but warming will help the flavours blossom.
