Wakayama prefecture Nankou ume is steeped in Hanzo sake for several months to create this premium umeshu.
A nose reminiscent of amaretto with a well balanced palate leaning on the dryer side of the fence. Pristine ume fruit character and a clean finish make this a great choice for dessert or the cheese platter.
