Momosuke Chokichozo - Aged 720ml
This impressive shochu is aged for at least 3 years in select Japanese oak barrels. Restrained nose of orange, apples, fine oak and subtle whisky. Serve straight up and enjoy a palate of pear, almond meal, milk, barley and honey with great complexity. Serving with a little ice will increase the sweetness and spice but masks the complexity of this amazing shochu.
A premium shochu made with 100% barley milled to more than 65% of the grain remaining.
