A light, elegant and dry style of umeshu on Hanamikura's rice shochu base, tempered with rock sugar. Subtle aroma, smooth palate of maraschino cherry, apricot, brandy and almond with excellent balance of sweetness and acidity.
The finish is short and clean, begging for another sip. This Umeshu is best served chilled without the addition of ice or any soda.
