Ginjo (including Junmai Ginjo) is a mighty tasty drink. It sits between salarymen staples such as Junmai, and the hoiti-toity Daiginjo.
We will be pouring 5 sake from our latest shipment for you to try, along with a casual yet informative chat about each. Discover the differences and similarities in the world of Ginjo.
Of course, battle hardened sake drinkers already know that Ginjo is a great drink so you'd better be quick as spaces are very limited.
