Kirinzan Yukinoshita

• Perfect to kick off any celebration. A clean, lean and dry sake with a tease of pear, peach, fresh almond and white flowers. The finish is a much sought after clean and crisp style the Japanese call ‘Kire’.

Kuromatsu Hakusen Kuro

• A very special sake for the main event. Made to share with friends with an abundance of food.
• Fresh, elegant, refined and absolutely delicious. A sake to impress even the biggest sake afficionado. This ultra premium sake is milled down to 40%. Notes of honeydew, peach, freshly churned butter, almond meal and lemon myrtle. Pure balance of flavours, super smooth.
• OEM labels of this sake are poured in Michelin starred restaurants in Japan.

Toko Ginjo Umeshu

• The only umeshu to win first place in 3 umeshu competitions in Japan.
• Enjoy the aroma of Ginjo Kasutori shochu on which this umeshu is based. Peach, pear & guava are the predominant fruit characters with almond, fennel & a little tannin from underripe Ume fruits. The texture is rich and syrupy and the overall palate a balancing act of sweetness, acidity and fruit.
• Drink chilled straight up, on the rocks, or be extra cheeky and serve over vanilla icecream.
