Dewatsuru Junmai Ginjo Omachi 720ml
A bright and lively Junmai Ginjo from Dewatsuru made from Omachi rice. While there are some amazing deep and brooding styles of sake made from Omachi, this Dewatsuru sake has a lighter touch and the addition of the aromatic AK-1 yeast. The result is a glass full of pear, sour plum, muscat grape and peach with a slightly lingering finish. Also of note is the Chairman Kaga-esqe velvet corduroy texture.
