Nagaragawa Dry Fruity Junmai Daiginjo (right) An exciting new sake from Nagaragawa with a distinct aroma of red apples and honeysuckle. It is no surprise this sake is both dry and fruity with pear, tangerine and white peach. A zippy acidity to punctuate the short clean finish.

Toko Chokarakuchi Junmai Ginjo (middle) For lovers of dry sake. Refreshing palate of green apple, orange and mild aniseed. Enjoy the lean texture and cleansing astringency. A racy sake that will clear the palate between bites of your favourite foods. The finish is a much sought after clean and crisp style the Japanese call ‘Kire’.

Kirinzan Yukinoshita Junmai Ginjo (left) translates as beneath the snow and is all about restraint and purity. The palate displays a tease of pear, peach, fresh almond and white flowers and barely touches the tongue leading to a super clean and short finish.
