Kubota Shuzo from Fukui prefecture are a rare breed of brewer. Whilst most brewers buy rice from co-ops, Kubota grow a lot of their own rice and also buy directly with local growers. 

They strive to use the same fields for the same sake label year on year so you can enjoy a sense of place, and the seasonal differences.

Enjoy the spectrum of Kubota sake in this mini set that also includes their exceptional Umeshu and Yuzushu.

• 1 x 300ml Souten Chouba Junmai Daiginjo Nama
• 1 x 300ml Toji Ikkon Daiginjo Nama
• 1 x 180ml Kuranoyado Junmai Ginjo
• 1 x 180ml Yuzushu to serve on the rocks before or after dinner.
• 1 x 180ml Umeshu as an after-dinner tipple. Drink alone or with your favourite cheese.
