Discover why Umeshu and Yuzushu are being embraced by Sommeliers and mixologists the world over. While there are some very commercial styles of Umeshu most small sake brewers produce their very own artisanal product.
Taste a range of Umeshu and one Yuzushu that span a spectrum of refreshing, sweet, sour, including the multi award winning Toko Umeshu that has won a Trophy at all 3 major Umeshu competitions in Japan.
Experience the depth and diversity of these fascinating drinks.
Join us for a tasting and informal chat about Umeshu and Yuzushu and find out the many ways to serve and enjoy them.
Session will last about 45 minutes so there will be plenty of time to chat and of course Sakeshop will be open so you can purchase your new favourites.
