Momosuke Ginger Umeshu 500ml
An addictive nose of sweet nutty gingerale. The palate is a balance of chinotto, ginger and ume fruit. As far as umeshu's go, this is more on the dry side. Refreshing, warming and invigorating. Although there is a little sweetness upfront, the finish is like dry ginger ale.
Made from Shichifuku Ginger, speciality of Saga prefecture, Karatsu city Japan. The umeshu is aged 2-3 years before the ginger is added to infuse for another 1-2 years.
For a taste sensation add a touch of your favourite whisky and serve on the rocks.
