An old school dry sake, the type enjoyed by many an oji san (old men) all over Japan. If you are of the opinion that sake shouldn’t exhibit fruit characters of any sort, this sake is for you. A simple sake with characteristics of chestnut, fresh hazelnut and spice with a short clean finish. Best enjoyed room temp or gently warmed (38℃).
