Yamamoto Strawberry Red Junmai Ginjo 720ml
A very unique sake from Yamamoto brewed using White Koji (normally reserved for shochu) instead of Yellow Koji.
Yellow Koji produces more citric acid and the result is a sake that is refreshing like home-made lemonade with wild strawberry, red currant, crunchy apple and cranberry.
There is the tiniest amount of captured CO2 that enhances the lively character of this sake.
This sake stands alone without the need for food.
This sake has been pasteurised one time (not 2 times) and should be stored refrigerated to prevent spoilage.
